William Ogden's dream came true when he met Pop Idol Will Young.
A Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ film crew visited the Mary Hare Grammar School for the Deaf, in Newbury, where Will Jnr studies.

William, from Attleborough, was born profoundly deaf and partially sighted in one eye.

Following an cochlea implant eight years ago at an implant centre in Nottingham, his hearing has improved dramatically.

William was selected to appear because of the success of his implant at the Nottingham centre, linked to the Ear Foundation which is supported by Children in Need.
