Veteran Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Broadcaster Peter Dimmock died in November 2015. Today (Wednesday 16 March) a memorial was held for the original Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Grandstand presenter, who was also responsible for bringing the Queen's coronation to the nation.  Here we offer a picture memorial of our own.

On the 40th anniversary of the first broadcast, five Grandstand presenters were brought together for the programme: Steve Rider, David Coleman, Peter Dimmock, Des Lynam and Frank Bough (1998).
