Richard Ayre interviews Belfast shop owner Jimmy Elliott, who sells masks for Halloween. No trying them on first!
Outdoor fireworks were completely banned except for public displays during the Northern Ireland Troubles, but the shop is doing a roaring trade in the more underwhelming indoor alternative.
