1988: Hospital Watch
Hospital Watch was a series of live broadcasts that gave a comprehensive view of life inside the NHS, visiting hospitals in Portsmouth, Liverpool, London and Cambridge over four series spanning nine years, from 1986-1995.
This video shows excerpts from broadcasts in February 1988, with presenter Maggie Philbin looking at the murals in the Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool.
