Malcolm Davies reports for Saturday Club on The Beatles' reception in New York and considers whether their impact is bigger than that of Elvis Presley.

He speaks with DJ Murray the K and Beatles fans to discover some of the reasons for the band's instant success and popularity. Davies also finds himself in the middle of the hysteria that has been dubbed Beatlemania. Finally, he interviews The Beatles themselves for their reaction.
