We only ask you to create a display name if you want to do anything public on a 麻豆约拍 website or app (for instance, commenting on a 麻豆约拍 News story). Or to sign in to iPlayer on your TV.
To create yours:
1. First, make sure you鈥檙e signed in to your 麻豆约拍 account.
2. Then, on any 麻豆约拍 website, click the 鈥淵our account鈥� icon at the top of the page. It鈥檚 in the navigation bar, near your web browser鈥檚 address bar.
3. Choose 鈥淪ettings鈥� and you鈥檒l be taken to your personal details.
4. On the 鈥淧ersonal details鈥� page find 鈥淒isplay name鈥�. If you haven鈥檛 already chosen a display name it will say 鈥淣one set鈥� underneath. (But if you have, you鈥檒l see it here and you won鈥檛 need to do anything else.) Click on 鈥淎dd鈥� to the right of it.
5. On the next page 鈥淓dit display name鈥� enter your new display name. Remember to click 鈥淪ave and continue鈥� when you鈥檝e finished.
6. Then it will then ask you to confirm your email / user name and password just to check it鈥檚 really you.
