Tickets are issued by the on behalf of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ.

The booking process for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Asda Community Event will be handled by Skiddle and customers will be transferred to their site to complete their booking. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ is not responsible for the content of 3rd party apps/website and any personal data exchanged as part of sign up to the Skiddle app and booking of tickets will be held by Skiddle as controller and processor

You can obtain free tickets as a guest on Skiddle rather than setting up an account.

You can receive .pdf copies of the free tickets as an alternative to downloading the Skiddle app.

All those attending the event will need a valid ticket which will be available to all ticket holders from Skiddle. Tickets must be presented to be scanned at point of entry. Tickets remain the property of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ.

Use of the ticket and attendance at the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Asda Community Event are subject to these terms and conditions and your use of a ticket or attendance at the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Asda Community Event signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions indicated here and displayed on the premises, any of which may be changed at the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ’s discretion.

The use of a ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions:

1. Entry to this event is at the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ’s sole discretion and the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please be aware that the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ may issue more tickets than there are available spaces as not everyone who requests a ticket will always go on to use that ticket, and we want to ensure that all available spaces will be filled.

2. Limited availability of tickets per session this includes tickets for children

3. Max of 4 children per adult are allowed.

4. Please note that ticketing for the event is on a first-come-first serve basis, we are unable to prioritise any individual or group.

5. Attendance at ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Asda Community Event is restricted, the sessions are family events designed for children under the age of 5 years old.

6. Do NOT bring older children to the event as the content is not suitable for children above 5 years old.

7 No adult will be admitted into the event without a child, anyone attempting to attend an event alone will not be admitted into the event.

8. Children must be supervised by a parent/carer at all times. Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave the event.

9. If your application for tickets is successful please note that they cannot be transferred to a different date.

10. Each ticket is for a specific session ONLY. If on the day you wish to sign up to another session you must book online to see if space is available.

11. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ does not accept any responsibility for late or lost applications. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

12. By entering this event you agree to follow the reasonable directions of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ particularly in respect of health and safety matters.

13. By entering this event you will be:

a) asked whether you wish to sign a consent form giving your consent to be photographed by the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ team or filmed for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Social content and

b) assigning all your rights in any contribution to the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ for use in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world.

We will require you to sign a consent form if you agree to be photographed or filmed

No professional photography or recording equipment is permitted at the event. For any professional photography requests please email tinyhappypeople@bbc.co.uk

You can take personal photographs at the event, however do not take photographs of other members of the public including other children.

14. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ’s decision as to the allocation of tickets is final. No correspondence relating to the ticket giveaway will be entered into.

15. As this service is funded by the licence fee, paid for by UK residents, tickets are only available to residents with a UK postcode.

16. Re-admission to the event is permitted.

17. If you find you are no longer able to use your tickets, email us at tinyhappypeople@bbc.co.uk to let us know you cannot attend the event so we can allocate your tickets to someone else on the waiting list.

18. Any articles that could compromise public safety are not permitted within the event –knives, fireworks, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items and articles that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.

19. Tickets may not be sold, traded or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation other than the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue. Tickets will be requested on entry to cross reference the ticket.

20. The entire event site is non-smoking. Anyone who does not comply with this non-smoking policy will be ejected.

21. No animals, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted into the event.

22. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense howsoever caused, except in the case of death or personal injury where this is directly caused by a negligent act or omission of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ.

23. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be displayed at the entrance to the event.

24. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.

25. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem which may result in any registration being lost, not properly registered or e-tickets not arriving.

27. The promoter of the ticket giveaway is the British Broadcasting Corporation.

28. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ reserves the right to:

(i) cancel the ticket-giveaway, at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control;

(ii) disqualify any applicant who breaches the rules or has acted fraudulently in any way;

(iii) cancel, amend or change the event (including the line-up and activities) at any stage;

(iv) refuse entry to the event;

(v) eject any ticket holder, at any stage, should they exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour (including, but not limited to, anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, if found in possession of any illegal or prohibited item or substance, appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in breach of these conditions)

29. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ will not be liable for the payment of any compensation.

30. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited. Zoom lens, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted into the venue.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
