We use notifications to let you know when new episodes of your favourite shows are available. We’ll also suggest programmes we think you’ll like. Our suggestions come from what you love to listen to in the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds app, and from how you interact with all our services linked to your Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ account.
How do notifications work for new episodes?
We will send a notification within 15 minutes of a new episode of a subscribed show becoming available on-demand. Tapping the notification will take you to the programme where you can select to listen to the latest episode.
If a new episode becomes available very late in the evening or overnight, we’ll send the notification in the morning to let you know.
How do I switch notifications on or off?
There’s a variety of options aroundΜύwhere and how notifications are displayed on your phone or tablet. You canΜύmanage these on your device:
Amazon Fire: Go to Settings > Sounds and Notifications > Manage notifications > Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds
Android: Go to Settings > Notifications > See all > Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds
iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds
Once you have enabled push notifications on the device, you can toggle them on and off in the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds app. Go to My Sounds > Settings and select Notifications.
To stop getting notifications for a particular programme, you can unsubscribe to that programme. This won’t affect notifications for other subscribed shows, or recommendations.
Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check your Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ account settings to see if you’ve switched off personalisation. You need to enable personalisation to receive notifications for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sounds. Head to the Using the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ website to find out how to check your personalisation settings.
