We'd love to celebrate your Rambles by showing as many as we can in a special Countryfile Ramble for Â鶹ԼÅÄ Children in Need programme to be shown on Â鶹ԼÅÄ One on Sunday, 03 November 

For your chance to feature in the programme take a video of your ramble (ideally filmed in landscape orientation) of where you're walking and then send it to us.  

Please include the following info:  

• Your name  

• Where you are  

• Who you're walking with (let them share the limelight as well)  

• Tell us what challenging yourself means to you and why it's important.  

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Countryfile Ramble in aid of Â鶹ԼÅÄ Children in Need. The idea behind this year’s Rambles is “challenge yourself”. 

So get your Ramble on and share it with us for a chance to feature in the programme! Video submissions close 10am Saturday, 19 October 2024. 

Here are some filming tips to get you started...  

• Try filming ‘selfie’ style so that we can see yourself talking as well as any other people walking with you  

• Try flipping your phone/camera around and video what you are seeing on your Ramble to show us where you are walking  

• Try pointing your camera down while you are walking to show us your feet!   

• Hold shots for 20 secs minimum  

• Ideally film in landscape (not portrait)
