Ìý Is Broadmoor the right place for vulnerable people? 23 December 2003 Ìý
Three years ago an official report revealed that about a third of patients in high security hospitals shouldn't be there. Recently a 94 year old woman was finally let out of Broadmoor after 40 years.

Woman's Hour talk to one mother who has been campaigning to get her son transferred from the hospital for the last 8 years; he has Aspergers Syndrome.

Lawyer Lucy Scott-Moncrieff and Chris Hegginbottom of the Mental Health Act Commission join Jenni to discuss just how difficult it is to get out of a high security hospital once you've been admitted.
