What form ofÌýhigher education will produce the rightÌýworkforce?

The numbers going to university are rising and the demand for places keeps going up. But is university really the best choice for so many young people? Average debt of the current intakeÌýin England is expected toÌýbe aroundÌý£23,000, and graduate unemployment increased by 44% last year. And employers frequently complain they can’t recruit a workforce with the right skills. So how should higher education develop? As part of our Winning Women's Votes series, Jenni is joined by Pat Bacon of the Association of Colleges, Miles Templeman of the Institute of Directors and Nicola Dandridge of Universities UK.
