Three prisoners escaped from the maximum security US jail on the island of Alcatraz in June 1962.

In June 1962 three prisoners escaped from the maximum security US jail on the island of Alcatraz.

They achieved this using a homemade raft, papier-mΓ’chΓ© and... spoons.
