2021: Best of the guests
Highlights from our 2021 shows, featuring interviews with Diamond Platnumz, Amantle Brown, Tzy Panchak, Nadia Nakai, MaMan, Dynamq, Kobazzie, Rosa Ree, Shay Lia and Rayvanny.
As 2021 draws to a close, this programme brings together some of the highlights of the year and the interesting themes that have emerged. Guests including Diamond Platnumz, Kobazzie and Mr P were outspoken about politics, and their roles as public figures. Tzy Panchak spoke movingly about the impact of violent conflict on him, as did MaMan and Dynamq, from north and south Sudan respectively. On a lighter note, our first ever guest from Djibouti, Shay Lia, shared what it was like growing up in a prominent political family, and then having her song chosen by Michelle Obama.
Other artists featured are Nadia Nakai, Rosa Ree, Amantle Brown, Rayvanny and Skorp.
