How a single piece of music was the inspiration for one of Martin Scorsese's films.

This week on The Arts Hour with Nikki Bedi, American director Martin Scorsese on how a single piece of music was the inspiration for one of his films, Oscar winning film-maker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy talks about forging a path for animators in Pakistan and the Queen of Country music Dolly Parton reflects on the start of her long career.

And we hear some of the highlights of the One World: Together at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ concert. The historic global event brought musicians together online to show their appreciation for front line workers. Nikki Bedi hears performances from some of the musicians and poets involved with the show.

Joining Nikki to discuss this week's cultural highlights are American author Charles Yu and Australian film critic Tara Judah.
