Wilfred Owen died just a few days before the end of World War One but his poetry ensured he would be remembered. Little is known about the man behind the poems but his younger brother Harold spoke to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ about him in the 1960s. Vincent Dowd pieces together a picture of the young soldier-poet using the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's archive, Owen's letters home, and by speaking to Jean Findlay, biographer of CK Scott Moncrieff, the translator of Proust, who fell in love with Wilfred Owen.
