Two of the lead journalists behind a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ investigation in Afghanistan reveal some of the challenges they faced in mapping the activity of the Taliban.
Two of the leading journalists on a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ investigation which uncovered the Taliban are active in 70% of Afghanistan, and in full control of 14 districts, are revealing the challenges they faced in setting up the operation. Louise Adamou and Auliya Atrafi worked with dozens of colleagues over months to uncover the extent of control in the war torn country. They tell Rajan Datar about the moments that resonated most and what they hope the impact of their findings will be.
