An Indonesian court ruled President Widodo has been negligent over pollution in Jakarta. The ruling also criticised other top officials, and ordered monitoring stations and other measures to improve the capital's air, as Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Asia editor Rebecca Henschke explains.
