We ask if it's a good idea to pay a ransom if your computer is infected with ransomware. The EU's law enforcement agency Europol says it is the biggest cybercrime threat today, and Philipp Amann, head of strategy at Europol's European Cybercrime Centre in The Hague tells us how hackers are targeting high-value companies using ransomware. Professor Alan Woodward is a cyber-security expert at the University of Surrey, and explains how hackers carry out the crime. We hear from Nancy Rainosek, chief information security officer for the US state of Texas how they dealt with a total of 23 co-ordinated ransomware raids targeting local governments across the state. And we talk to hacker turned security advisor Kevin Mitnick about why he carried out his crimes. Also in the programme, around a thousand tractors rolled into Paris city centre on Wednesday, as French farmers protested against government policies they say threaten their livelihoods. The French journalist Anne-Elizabeth Moutet discusses the farmers' concerns. Plus we travel to Saudi Arabia to hear how there has recently been an explosion of activity in the world of art, with the government promising to invest more than $60bn in cultural programmes over the next decade.
