Donald Trump has warned Iran about restarting its nuclear programme. The French President, Emmanuel Macron, who is visiting the US on a state visit has proposed a new deal to curb Iran's military power. We speak to Trita Parsi, president of the National Iranian American Council based in Washington about how US sanctions have impacted investment in Iran.
