As both powers weigh up further sanctions, how much economic might can the Kremlin wield?

Relations between Russia and the West have deteriorated in recent weeks and the conflict in Syria is leading to fears of real military action. The U.S. joined Britain in imposing sanctions on Russia, amid the suspected poisoning of a former spy. Now, Washington and Moscow are weighing up further sanctions - but how much economic might can the Kremlin wield? We ask Elina Ribakova, chief economist at Deutsche Bank. There's been a victory for green campaigners in New Zealand, where Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern stunned the energy industry by announcing a new cap on drilling for oil and gas in its waters. The move has been met with heavy criticism from the industry, but Russel Norman - a former leader of the Green party in New Zealand - describes it as a day of victory. Plus, we hear about the enduring popularity of Swedish tobacco product snus, which is consumed by placing it in your mouth... and why European lawmakers have ruled that it will continue to only be sold in Sweden. We hear more from Patrik Hildingsson of Swedish Match, a company that makes Snus. And the Cannes film festival has banned films from the competition which haven't been screened in French cinemas.
