Relations between Russia and the West have deteriorated in recent weeks and the conflict in Syria is leading to fears of real military action. The U.S. joined Britain in imposing sanctions on Russia, amid the suspected poisoning of a former spy. Now, Washington and Moscow are weighing up further sanctions - but how much economic might can the Kremlin wield? We ask Elina Ribakova, chief economist at Deutsche Bank. There's been a victory for green campaigners in New Zealand, where Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern stunned the energy industry by announcing a new cap on drilling for oil and gas in its waters.
