Fleur East

Our incredible 2022 finalist Fleur East returns to the Strictly Come Dancing family, this time presenting Strictly’s Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two weekday sister show, It Takes Two.

First joining Strictly as a contestant in 2022, Fleur cha-cha-charged all the way to the final with her partner, 11-time Italian Latin American Champion, Vito Coppola. The couple’s success earned them the nickname Team Fleurito. The iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom was home to Fleur’s standout moment of the series when she left the judges Jumpin’, Jumpin’ with an electric performance to a Destiny’s Child Megamix. It was a Couple’s Choice routine that Head Judge Shirley Ballas confirmed “will go down in history” and saw Fleur score the first 40 of Strictly Come Dancing 2022.

Fleur’s invaluable experience as a contestant means the Strictly class of 2023 are in safe hands, with her ability to offer advice, tips and reassurance.

Before joining the Strictly family, Fleur rose to fame in the 2014 series of the former ITV talent show The X Factor. Although missing out in the final, runner-up Fleur received a winning reception from the public. This widespread acclaim saw her snatch a record deal with Syco and release her single Sax, which hit number three in the charts and stayed in the top 10 for seven weeks.

Since finding success in the world of music, Fleur has also starred on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, been part of the Saturday Night Takeaway presenting team, hosted ITV gameshow The Void, appeared in the popular US comedy Ted Lasso, and has fronted The Hits Radio Breakfast Show since 2019.
