Alastair developed a fascination for horology at an early age and trained as a watchmaker at the British Horological Institute. After graduating, Alastair went on to study clock restoration at the world-renowned West Dean College in West Sussex. Since then, his career has ranged from repairing fine watches to the restoration of turret clocks.
Now based in Putney, Alastair runs one of the last remaining traditional antique clock retail shops with full restoration workshops in London.
