Sian Williams

Sian Williams is a journalist and TV presenter who studied English and History at University.

She began her career in broadcasting 26 years ago, and following stints in Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester, spent five years at Β as a reporter and producer. She moved to Radio 4 in 1991 as an output editor on Β and in 1997, took a job at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ News 24 (now the ), where she was moved from a senior production role, to presenting. After a couple of years, she left to be the Special Correspondent on the , before joining , which she presented for eleven years. She is the new co-host of R4's , is a key member of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ1's newsreading team and is a presenter for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's live coverage of the Diamond Jubilee and Olympic Games.
