Has the clocks going back messed up your sleep pattern?
It's that time of the year again where the clocks have recently gone back an hour.
This can make us feel happy we get that extra hour in bed, but it can also mess up our sleep patterns.
Dr Andrew Hall is an adult sleep and disorder consultant at University Hospitals Leicester, and Summaya Mughal caught up with him to find out more about how the clocks going back can affect us.
