Blind couple unable to fly from Liverpool
Martin Conway and his wife, who are both totally blind, tried to buy a ticket to fly to Northern Ireland from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, but they were told they’d have to use the easyJet app.
When they asked for assistance to do that, they were told by staff at the easyJet desk that they couldn’t help. Luckily for them, their taxi driver stepped in and helped them to make the booking.
