When she was 23, the writer Rhiannon Lucy Cosslett was violently attacked one night in London. A few years later, she was in Paris on the night of terrorist attacks. In this moving and questioning memoir, set during the Pandemic, she recounts her struggles to overcome these traumas and explores her feelings about the possibility of becoming a mother after growing up caring for her beloved autistic brother.
