Radio 1 returns to Ibiza in 2023 for the 28th year, with the biggest event they've ever held. This reaffirms Ibiza's relevance, however many of Radio 1's 15-24 year old listeners don't know how it became the most important global dance destination. Presented by Sarah Story, this 8 part series will showcase the modern Ibiza, whilst touching on its history. The island is full of cultural contradictions and diverse stories therefore each episode will reflect the different aspects Ibiza has to offer.
