'David Attenborough first got me interested in fossils!'
A fossil representing the earliest known animal predator has been identified by British scientists,
The 560-million-year-old specimen, which was found in Charnwood Forest, is thought to be a forerunner of the group of species that includes the jellyfish.
The researchers have named the creature, which is 20 centimetres long, in honour of Leicester legend Sir David Attenborough.
Dr Frankie Dunn, from the University Museum of Natural History, has spent years studying it.
