Councillors in Huyton say they're extremely disappointed after a Β£20 million pound plan to redevelop Huyton Village was rejected by the Government.
The bid was submitted to the Government's 'Levelling Up' fund
It included new offices, retail space, homes and even a hotel.
Knowsley Council's cabinet member for regeneration and economic development, Cllr Tony Brennan, spoke to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Merseyside about the decision.
