Most of us have a sense of whether we are a 'lark' or an 'owl' - we either love getting up early, or we don't. But is that reality strictly true for most of us? Broadcaster, author and psychology lecturer, Claudia Hammond, explains why our genes play a big part in dictating our body clock, but why it's not as black and white as it may seem.
