Should women be paid for housework?
Unpaid domestic work accounts for 40% of India's GDP. Women spend nearly 300 hours in household chores. In rural regions many are forced to work on farms as well. Should this work be remunerated? Or would it disincentivize women from stepping out of their homes to find jobs? Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Devina Gupta speaks to women in the rural region of Nuh in North Indian state of Haryana to find out more.
