Halloween 'not cancelled' in Scotland
Halloween is βnot cancelledβ says Scottish government Social Security Secretary Shirley-Anne Somerville.
The SNP MSP told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Debate Night that families should be βdoing it differentlyβ during Covid.
She urged parents to explain to children the sacrifice they are making and mark the occasion as a household.
Conservative MSP Oliver Mundell added that vulnerable people βwould not welcomeβ trick-or-treaters at their door.
