Endurance cyclist Joe Barr tells us about his world record attempt in September 2019, and charity worker Dave Linton, the man behind Madlug, talks about the bags he's designed for children in care. We also had live music from Sam Kane of the Ulster Orchestra, and Paula McIntyre serves up a pork salad.
