Winger Garath McCleary thinks the relegation challenge is mental as well as physical.

After a tumultuous few days for Reading FC, McCleary is hoping the squad can keep positive and begin to climb the Championship table.

"We've just got to keep positive," McCleary told 麻豆约拍 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "I know it's been tough this season for the fans, and the players... everyone connected with the club.

"It's been tough, but if you keep positive, and keep working hard, your fortunes will change.

"If you work hard, luck will come your way."
