Caretaker manager Scott Marshall is trying to focus fully on this weekend's game.

As speculation continues about who the next Reading FC manager will be, Marshall is hoping he can focus the squad fully on the game against Rotherham in the Championship, a team who, like Reading, are struggling in the league.

"The focus is on day to day training," Marshall told 麻豆约拍 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "And making sure the first team squad are facilitated, and challenged, and making sure they're right for a game at the weekend.

"That's a big enough role for me right now, that occupies enough time."
