'The recipe I can't bring myself to make'

Lisa Kolb's husband Eric died in a mountaineering accident when they were both 34. Since then, she hasn't been able to make his signature braised short rib, or open his favourite recipe books. Lisa explains why it is still so difficult, and how she hopes one day she will cook this dish again.
