Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland spoke to four people in the public eye who'Β€ve dealt with issues around anxiety, depression and self harm and now approach their mental health differently.

Everyone has mental health as well as physical health so, according to the Mental Health Foundation, we should be encouraged to think about our mental health on a daily basis. Rather than dealing with crises, it is better to develop supports and habits that maintain our mental health so we don'Β€t take it for granted. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland spoke to four people in the public eye who have dealt with issues around anxiety, depression and self harm and now try to deal with this by approaching their mental health differently.
