Coronation Street star shares maternal mental health tip

As part of 5 live's #Mumtakeover, and to mark the beginning of Maternal Mental Health Awareness week, we asked Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine for her tips on dealing with maternal mental health.

β€œPeople do want to help,” said the 34-year-old, who is expecting her second child.
