Look out! Mysterons! Call Captain Scarlet! The New York Theremin Society performs 'Theme from the Mysterons' at Womad 2017.

This eerie-sounding electronic instrument was invented in the early 20th century by the Soviet inventor L茅on Theremin. It's completely touch-free, with two antennae that sense the relative location of the player's hands, which are used to control frequency and volume.
