Turks give Erdogan new powers
Turks voted - just - to change the constitution to set up an executive presidency.
After a bitterly-fought contest, Turks narrowly voted to give the presidency more powers. But constitutional change has come at a price, with an even more polarised society, and Mr Erdogan for the first time facing the possibility of defeat next time he stands for election.
