The union Unison claims that staff at Northamptonshire County Council are suffering from anxiety and stress, because the authority's new Headquarters at 1 Angel Square in Northampton is behind schedule and is not ready. Unsion says the temporary working arrangements prior to the move are causing stress and anxiety.
