Liquid food could be making you fatter
We have not evolved to monitor calorie intake from liquids, which is why we easily gorge on smoothies and beverages, says Richard Mattes from Purdue University. Juice cleanses and meal-replacements are popular, but we find out why we aren't so good at keeping liquid calories control.
