Donald Trump says he's going to pull out of the TPP. Is this the end of big trade deals?

Starting to pull out of the Trans Pacific Partnership was one of the things Donald Trump said this week he would do on his first day as US president. He doesn't like NAFTA or the planned pan-European trade deal either. Is this the end of the line for big trade deals?
