Russia has arrested economy minister Alexei Ulyukayev on corruption charges, the first time since Soviet days.
When the Russian economy minister Alexei Ulyukayev was arrested in the middle of the night on corruption charges, he was the first cabinet minister to be so detained since the end of the Soviet Union.
