Sir Peter Soulsby: "Victoria Park refurbishment is progressing well"

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair has been over to see how the work is progressing. She's been speaking to project manager - Brian Stafford, and city mayor - Sir Peter Soulsby.
