Why aren't there more women entrepreneurs?

Facebook has said the UK's economy could be missing out on up to Β£10bn because we are not dealing with the problems women are having when it comes to setting up their own businesses.
The company calculated that if just a fifth of women who want to start their own business achieved their goal it could create 340,000 new enterprises by 2020, providing 425,000 additional jobs.
Victoria Derbyshire presenter Norman Smith spoke to Nicola Mendelsohn, Facebook's Vice-President in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, who is also a mother of four, Sharmadean Reid, who opened a nail bar in East London and Rosie Olivia, milliner.
