There's been a massive rise in the number of reports of anti-social behaviour in a part of rural Leicestershire. Together with the Police, Blaby District Council says that between 2014 and 2015, it received 110 complaints in Countesthorpe.
Yesterday, North Yorkshire County Council voted to allow Third Energy to start fracking there. But could if affect our City and two Counties?
