If you've been to a tip in Leicestershire in the last week or so, you might have noticed something very different when you go and dump your waste. In exchange for your rubble, bathroom furniture, window glass and plasterboard, your being asked to swipe your credit or debit card!

The Government's plans for the future of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ will be outlined by the Culture Secretary, John Whittingdale, in the Commons this morning.
