We react to the news that Junior doctors across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland will be striking once more this morning. But this time even those working in the emergency department will walk out.

It used to be said that to find your way to central Leicester from the outskirts of the city you would seek the spire of St Mary De Castro and head for that. However, the church has regained it's former glory. We hear from those who are making a desperate plea for more volunteers.
